💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Sell smarter, not harder — with strong marketing, admin support, and warm leads ready to go.

Work across a diverse product mix: internal blinds, plantation shutters, curtains, motorisation, and external awnings/retractable roofs.

Provide genuine advice, not pushy sales — we don’t do cheap gimmicks or race-to-the-bottom quoting.

Lead by example: mentor and support junior staff as the business continues to grow.

Help shape the future of the sales process by working closely with the owners.

✅ You’ll Need

Proven experience in window furnishings sales – ideally across a mix of products

Great communication and consultative selling skills

Confidence with quoting, measuring, and guiding customers

A love for solving problems and finding the right solution – not just closing a deal

A full licence and the ability to travel across Canberra for in-home consults
