One of our real estate clients based in Moonee Ponds is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their team. They’ve built a great culture supportive, consistent, and no egos.

Whether you’re just breaking into the industry or already confident handling leasing from end-to-end, they’re open to both. It’s about the right attitude and wanting to be part of a team that genuinely works well together.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling leasing enquiries, applications, and open homes

Assist with condition reports

Supporting the property management team when needed

Providing great communication throughout the leasing process

The Details:

Location: Moonee Ponds office

Hours: Monday to Friday + 1–2 Saturdays per month (with time in lieu)

Start Date: Ready to go immediate start available

Salary: $65k–$85k + commissions (based on experience)

Tech: Modern systems, paperless processes, solid support

What they’re looking for:

Either entry-level with the right attitude or experienced and ready to hit the ground running

Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV

A current driver's license and reliable car

Someone who’s reliable, well-presented and communicates well
