As a Leasing Specialist at Motion Property, you'll be the face of our rental division. You’ll be out on the road, managing open homes, meeting prospective tenants, and helping people find their next place to call home. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and packed with learning opportunities. For the right person, it’s also the ideal stepping stone into a long-term career in real estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting open homes and private inspections

Managing leasing enquiries, applications, and tenant follow-up

Assisting with marketing updates and online listings

Preparing lease documentation and entry reports

Supporting the Property Management team and learning the ins and outs of compliance, process, and communication

Delivering a great experience for every renter—and every landlord

What We’re Looking For

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate

A reliable car and valid licence (you’ll be on the move daily)

Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

A clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to grow
