Key Responsibilities:
• Open properties midweek and on Saturdays (Friday’s & Sunday’s off).
• Process tenant applications with support.
• Advise landlords on price adjustments to attract interest.
• Prepare owner reports and coordinate handovers with BDMs and PMs.
• Oversee lease renewals across the portfolio.
What’s on Offer:
• Competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (depending on experience).
