Experience in Cleaning Quality Inspection

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Above-average skill in using Office suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and mobile Messaging Apps

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Inspect sites and report back to team the feedback from clients (quality of cleaning and following of scope)

Follow up on cleaners if they have rectified the concerns previously raised

Communicate with clients, as necessary

Inspect any cleaners’ room/cupboard and ensure that these are kept tidy and in order by the cleaners

Check for equipment condition, test and tag, level of consumables and cleaning chemicals

Recommend to client any ad hoc cleaning that they might need (carpet/window/tile scrub/floor buff/high pressure wash) and provide pictures to team for quotation reference

Check around clients’ areas and list down names of surrounding businesses so that telemarketer can ring up.

Roster cleaners and substitutions as necessary

Ensure reports are provided in a timely manner (daily inspection reports, weekly summary of areas covered and notable actionable or for follow-up items, etc.)
