Educational Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to drive quality educational practices and support our team in delivering exceptional learning experiences.

• Off the floor Educational Leader role
• 5 weeks paid annual leave
• Pays $35 to $50 per hour depending on qualification and experience
• Open to Diploma qualified or Bachelor qualified candidate
• Flexibility with scheduling, such as the option for 4-day work weeks or RDOs (rostered days off)
• Well established family owned centre operating over 30 years
• Parking onsite

About the Role:

• Lead and mentor educators in implementing the EYLF and NQF.
• Develop innovative and engaging learning programs.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Support continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Experience working through Assessment & Rating advantageous

About You:

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and compliance standards.
