About the Role:

As Centre Manager, you will be the cornerstone of this new beginning—recruiting a strong team, fostering trusted family relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. With support from a values-driven leadership team, you will guide the centre from reopening to thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and mentor a high-performing, values-aligned team

Lead the reopening process with operational excellence

Develop strong partnerships with families and the local community

Ensure compliance with NQF and exceed quality expectations

Drive enrolment growth and positive centre culture

About You:

Diploma or Bachelor-qualified in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within early childhood

Proven ability to build and lead a cohesive team

Deep understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements

Passion for community engagement and rebuilding a trusted service
