About the role:

Manage a portfolio of corporate, professional services and financial services clients. Approx $1M in fees

Train and develop a high-performing team, driving workflow and elevating technical quality

Deliver tax structuring advice, complex returns and financial statements

Provide year-end tax planning, projections, and corporate restructuring support

Review and elevate client deliverables — adding value beyond the numbers

Overseeing WIP, billing, and portfolio profitability

Build lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities

About you:

CA/CPA qualification and 5+ years in business services within public practice

Strong technical grounding across tax and compliance

Confidence working directly with clients and providing commercial advice

Experience managing a team and overseeing workflow

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Cloud-based software experience (e.g. Xero/MYOB) preferred
