Finance Officer (Financial Operations/Travel)

• 12 Month labour-hire contract
• $54.00 - $55.80 p/hr plus 12% super

Our client is a small and progressive Commonwealth entity. Joining the branch specialising in financial control and reporting, you will be working in the team responsible for providing essential financial, procurement, and business services across the agency. This branch also manages the critical area of government financial interaction such as funding for new policy proposals, government budgets, and other ad hoc reporting and requests.

As the Travel and Accounts Payable Officer for the team, you will specifically be managing invoice processing, payment generation, and travel administration.

If you have experience of the government travel process and WoG travel arrangements; Commonwealth credit cards; travel booking systems; and financial systems (Technology One), together with strong AP experience and excellent communication and self-management skills, this could be your perfect match.
