The Organisation
Our client is a well-known global organization who are looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team due to company growth to assist the payroll team in a 6-month temporary position.

Position Description

Working within a supportive, positive and collaborative team, this role will be suited to someone who has 1-2 years exposure to payroll, and is looking to further develop in their career. This role will include but not be limited to:

• Payroll processing and calculations for the national fortnightly payrun
• Email management
• Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
• Assist with reporting duties at end of month
• Processing superannuation, workcover and payroll tax
• Assist the finance team when required (training provided)
