THE ROLE
With the customer service teams mantra of “we are just a call away” they value and support their customers with a flexible and adaptable approach, prioritising a high-touch service, allowing customers to purchase in whatever way they like to.
As they take market share across Australia, the management team are eager to continue their high level of customer service and feel now is the time to add new team members to this high operating Customer Service Team
- Work in a scheduled contact centre environment of 30 answering phone enquiries,
- Responding to emails from the national email inbox
- Update, record and complete various administrative tasks to document client requests.
- Interpret and advise on products to effectively assist enquiries and provide advice.
- Identify customers' needs and provide relevant information to them within agreed performance metrics.
- Complete basic research and investigation activities as required.
- Complete administrative duties such as data entry, processing, virtual filing management of records, which all require accurate and effective processing in line with various legislative requirements.
- Ordering and liaising with the warehouse for parts
