Based at St Vincent’s Private Northside in Chermside, with other visiting sites, Digestive Diseases Queensland is a well-established, very busy gastroenterology practice.

The successful candidate will be an experienced medical receptionist/secretary, or show a strong aptitude for work in this field.

A secure permanent full-time (will consider part-time if the hours work with the practice). We offer the successful applicant a supportive work environment, with a great team of doctors, nurses and administrative staff.

Criteria we are looking for:

-Sound experience in the medical specialist, allied health or GP environment.

-Knowledge of Genie software whilst not essential is highly regarded.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Strong use of initiative.

-Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

-Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong communication with a supportive team.

-Proficient computer skills, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
