The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on role with strong exposure to project teams and senior leaders. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate, insightful project financials and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include:

• Managing project budgets, forecasts and feasibilities using EstateMaster
• Monitoring construction claims and coordinating monthly finance drawdowns
• Preparing accurate, timely monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Reviewing project performance against commercial targets
• Supporting year-end processes and financial compliance
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and insights to drive results

About You
You are CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting and bring proven experience in project accounting within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment—ideally in property development or construction. You’re commercially minded, thrive under pressure, and are highly collaborative and enjoy working closely with Project teams.
You have strong modelling skills including advanced Excel experience, with EstateMaster highly desirable.
