🔍 About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time physiotherapist with at least 3 years’ private practice experience to join our established team. You’ll work with patients referred by GPs, ENTs, and dentists, and become a key part of a clinic renowned for its excellence in jaw and facial pain. Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist

Functional Breathing Educator

This multidisciplinary setup supports a truly integrative approach to managing complex TMD and craniofacial pain presentations.

Initial consults: 60 minutes

Follow-ups: 30 minutes

Paid admin time: 30 mins per 5–6 hr shift, or 2 hrs for 11.5 hr shift (flexibly scheduled)

Caseload: 80% TMD/orofacial pain, 20% general MSK

Referral base: 40–50 new TMD patients per week

Location: Melbourne (applicants must already be living and settled locally)

💰 Salary & Bonus

Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 (inclusive of super), commensurate with experience

Quarterly bonus: A percentage of individual querterly turnover is paid as a bonus. Typical additional earnings range from $5,000–$10,000 per quarter, depending on caseload and productivity.

Bonuses are not conditional on KPIs, but naturally influenced by utilisation, rebooking, and continuity of care.

You have 3+ years’ private practice experience and full AHPRA registration
