A Career Defining Private Practice Opportunity.
| The Best Expertise.
At Keilor Road Physiotherapy, our core purpose is developing a high performing and happy team with unsurpassed support, the foundation of a unit that will continue to redefine the industry benchmark. Led by Dr. Jenny Hynes (FACP), we set the standard for in-house mentoring at a level that just isn’t seen anywhere else in private practice here in Melbourne – with 2.5 hours of diarised one on one and small group training every fortnight.
We know that it is our team that makes the difference. So if you are exceptional in what you do, provide quality care and have great attention to detail. We want you!
| What Drives You?
We are a practice that is driven by our passion to be the industry leader. But what drives you? Is it:
Working in a practice that rethinks what is possible in modern day healthcare?
Being part of a practice that is committed to community, and our legacy, with a social and environmental mindset?
Working in a practice with industry leading facilities, programs, and systems to underpin your role and service delivery?
Support to reach your goals through a comprehensive mentoring program – led by Specialist Physiotherapist Dr. Jenny Hynes (FACP) - which focuses on both personal and career growth.
Facilities that leave you room to breathe with spacious and modern workspaces.
Autonomy to develop your career with recognition of your performance via structured career pathways including executive roles and practice shareholding.
Meaningful collaboration and teamwork with a social bent?
A workplace where fun is part of the therapy?
Comprehensive in-house professional development program?
Support for career growth through:
Study leave?
Funded courses and professional development?
Incentives for post graduate study?
A workplace that values your family with flexible parental leave arrangements?
Because those are our values.
| The Role
This position is open to physiotherapists seeking either a full-time or part-time position. Working across our busiest times, this role offers a tailored schedule that enhances our expanding Physiotherapy program.
Whilst experience is welcome, we value personality, ability and attitude over anything else. So physiotherapists of all levels, including early career and graduate physiotherapists are welcome to apply.
In addition to your in-clinic role, this position offers a diverse range of opportunities. Be it involvement with our local sporting team network, specialised in-clinic programs or incentives to pursue further study and an academic pathway.
Given our clinic’s focus and demographic, an interest or experience in Sports Physiotherapy and/or Clinical Pilates would be considered an advantage for this role but is not essential. Availability for a Saturday morning shift would also be highly regarded.
| The Keilor Road Physiotherapy Difference
As a practice, Keilor Road Physiotherapy values a culture that promotes initiative and the dynamic environment that it creates. It is why Keilor Road Physiotherapy is regarded as an employer of choice.
Our core values are honesty, clarity & effectiveness.
It is this belief that gives us the scope to create and grow professionally and we reward our team with career progression and the ability to achieve their personal goals.
We value the variety of unique experiences, qualities and knowledge our team possess, and we share and learn from each other.
