VP Recruit is looking for a skilled French Polisher or Timber Finisher to work with one of our clients in the high-end joinery and furniture industry.

You’ll be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to custom joinery pieces—ideal for someone with an eye for detail and pride in their craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sanding, staining, sealing, and polishing timber surfaces
• Working with a variety of finishes (oil, lacquer, polyurethane, etc.)
• Finishing custom joinery components for kitchens, wardrobes, and fit-outs
• Maintaining a clean and controlled finishing area
• Working closely with factory or installation teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in French polishing or wood finishing
• Background in furniture, cabinetry, or architectural joinery
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
