Cabinet Makers – Western Sydney | Ongoing Work

VP Recruit is looking for experienced Cabinet Makers to join high-end residential and commercial joinery projects across Western Sydney. If you take pride in precision, detail, and working with quality materials, this role offers consistent, rewarding work in a professional setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricating and assembling custom cabinetry in the workshop or on-site
• Reading and interpreting joinery plans and technical drawings
• Working with a range of materials including laminate, veneer, and solid timber
• Using hand and power tools, edge banders, panel saws, and CNC (if applicable)
• Ensuring top-quality workmanship and clean finish on all pieces

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker (residential or commercial joinery)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• White Card and tools preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to get started
