About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Argyle House Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations at our premier dining establishment. This is a full-time position based at our restaurant in Camden, NSW. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the continued growth and success of our flagship dining destination.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, service, inventory, and budgeting

Ensure exceptional customer service and an outstanding dining experience for all guests

Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of front-of-house and culinary staff

Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to drive sales and promote the restaurant

Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

Strong financial management skills, with the ability to create and manage budgets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff

Thorough understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Tertiary qualifications in hospitality management or a related field an advantage
