With a focus on catering and private event experiences, we’re dedicated to delivering standout service across every touchpoint.

As we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a 2 Restaurant Managers to lead our in-house restaurant operations in Marsden Park and Wentworthville, NSW, while also playing a key role in promoting our catering services to new and returning clients. You’ll manage a vibrant team of and be at the forefront of RRR Catering’s customer experience, brand image, and business development efforts.

Essential Requirements:

· Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including daily sales, staff timesheets, wage summaries, supplier invoices, and expense reports.

· Demonstrated experience preparing month-end financial summaries and expense reconciliation.

· Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and POS systems for financial and operational tracking.

· Experience maintaining organised digital records for audit readiness, including payroll logs, GST/BAS documentation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting.

· Familiarity with food safety regulations and the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with hygiene, food handling, and temperature control requirements (HACCP standards).

· Understanding of inventory tracking and cost control systems to reduce waste and manage procurement efficiently.

· Confident in managing rostering software and digital communication platforms for internal team coordination.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

· Current RSA Certificate.

· Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, data entry, file organisation).

· Minimum 2–3 years in a restaurant management role.

· Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+.

· Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong catering knowledge and/or experience in event-based service environments.

· Ability to promote and upsell catering services to new clients, both in person and via digital platforms.

· Polished and professional email and phone communication etiquette.

· Calm, solutions-focused approach during high-pressure service situations.

· Exceptional attention to detail and grooming standards.

· Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal studies in hospitality or business

Experience with catering management systems (e.g., CaterZen, Flex Catering, etc.)

Marketing or sales experience within the food service industry

Prior venue opening or relaunch experience

Full driver’s license (for site visits and mobile catering support)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage a team of 20 front-of-house and support staff

Deliver a high standard of daily restaurant operations

Oversee daily team briefings, shift allocations, and service standards

Identify and pursue opportunities to promote RRR Catering to corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses

Represent RRR Catering at tastings, showcases, and promotional events

Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive service and personalized client engagement

Manage bookings, reports, and staff schedules

Maintain budgets, supplier relations, and stock levels

Write detailed shift and service reports

Work closely with the Head Chef and Catering Manager to ensure seamless event execution
