About the Role

As Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading all facets of financial management and reporting across both entities. The role will be varied and evolving, with involvement in everything from month-end close and compliance through to commercial analysis and systems improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of finance across two businesses;
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, data analysis, and P&L oversight;
• Manage month-end close processes, forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flow planning;
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business-critical decisions;
• Oversee compliance, tax, and external accounting relationships;
• Conduct pricing, margin, and tender analysis to inform commercial decisions;
• Implement business performance metrics and risk frameworks; and
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including systems upgrades and control enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years' financial accounting & team management experience;
• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent);
• Strong business partnering and commercial finance capability;
• Confident in interpreting data and advising non-finance stakeholders;
• Prior experience in SMEs, fast-paced environments, or PE-backed businesses preferred; and
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
