As part of the Kolen Group, we take pride in delivering reliable, locally made products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Joiner to join our workshop team.

Role Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble timber doors to specification

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets

Perform quality checks and ensure product accuracy

Assist in loading/unloading materials and workshop housekeeping

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in joinery or cabinet making (preferably with doors)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precise measurements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management and reliability

Understanding of WHS requirements in a workshop environment
