Synaco Global Recruitment is currently seeking Manufacturing Operators for ongoing casual positions on DAY, AFTERNOON OR NIGHT SHIFTS for renowned confectionery company located in the north-eastern suburb of Glynde .

• Casual opportunities with possibility of permanency
• Roster provided on a weekly basis (Approx. 3-5 shifts a week)

You will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of production targets as part of a diverse and busy team.

To be successful, you will be:

• Able to work independently and autonomously
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements
• A good communicator
• Able to learn, understand, and apply food hygiene principles (HACCPs)
• Committed to safety and quality
• Physically fit
• Attentive to detail
• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing and packaging environment (desired, not mandatory)

Shift Hours:

• Day shift: 6:00 am - 2:06 pm ($30.13 per hour)
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm - 10:06 pm ($34.64 per hour)
• Night shift: 10:00pm - 6:06am ($39.17 per hour)
