What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team to deliver top-notch service and create a strong club culture.

Engage & Retain: Build meaningful connections with members through social platforms, events, and personalized support.

Drive Sales: Implement creative strategies for lead generation, local business partnerships, and community outreach.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the club runs smoothly by managing staff schedules, processing payroll, handling inventory, and maintaining safety standards.

Boost Fitness: (If qualified) Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, guiding members in achieving their health goals.

Social Media & Events: Plan and execute exciting promos and keep our members engaged online and in-club.

What We’re Looking For:

A fitness or business qualification (minimum Certificate III or IV in Fitness is required).

Experience managing operations in a fitness or franchise environment is a bonus.

Exceptional sales and lead generation skills that is high motivated to achieve KPI's.

Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Familiarity with platforms like Debit Success, ClubWise, and Excel is a plus.

A passion for health and fitness and a commitment to creating a supportive environment for members.

Highly motivated and pro-active to complete task, grow the business, and improve member engagement.
