You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a highly engaged customer base who live and breath a sneaker culture and you'll be the most exciting & dynamic leader who drives results through team development. As the brand ambassador of this store and team, you will be accountable for every aspect of your store's results, which you achieve through your high energy, passion and incredible selling skills and you thrive on KPI and sales successes.

Coming from an extensive retail management background, you will be VERY confident managing large teams in fast-paced settings, and you will LOVE all things retail!

• A proven record of success in driving sales and service standards
• Ability to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
• Demonstrate your ability to lead from the front
• Lead by example to promote high energy and performance
• Understand roster and wage management
• Be across shrinkage and inventory control
• Understand VM and have impeccable shop standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A hunger for learning and personal growth!
