Role Overview:
As the Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our children. You will lead a dedicated team of educators, design and implement engaging learning programs, and ensure that our centre meets the highest standards of care and education. Your leadership will inspire and support both your team and the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Develop, implement, and review engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports each child's individual needs.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the centre’s management team to achieve strategic goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Relevant experience in early childhood education, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Current Working with Children Check .
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
