About Us
Opening in June 2025, Little Lane’s Montessori Children’s House is an exciting new service in Doncaster, Melbourne, designed to provide nurturing, child-focused education and care. We are committed to supporting our local families and children with an environment rooted in the Montessori philosophy.
We are seeking a Lead Educator for our Nido community (6-12 months)—an essential role to establish the foundation for our youngest learners. This position offers the opportunity to shape a dynamic early childhood environment, lead a passionate team, and help build a community focused on the values of independence, respect, and curiosity.

The Role
This is a great long-term opportunity for an experienced and qualified full time Lead Educator to join our team at Doncaster in our Nido community (6-12 months).
Skills & Requirements
0-3 Montessori Diploma of Children's Services (Non-Negotiable)
Prior experience in other sectors are also highly valued
Has minimum 2 years experience in a Lead Educator role
English as native or fluent language essential
A current and valid Working with Children's Check (VIC)
A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
A current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
