About the Role:

The Manager Retailer Learning leads the Lotterywest retailer learning function. The function is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive retailer success program focused on training and developing our retailers across the retailer lifecycle.

Continuous Service Improvement

People and Resources

About you, you have:

Experience leading and managing retailer learning services across a diverse retail network

Experience with design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training programs using a range of tools

Experience identifying, analysing, reporting and recommending business improvement opportunities

Experience leading, managing and developing a team
