About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Manager to lead our e-commerce and warehouse-based retail operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day management of our online store, warehouse logistics, and customer service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising processes to support business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the online retail store, warehouse, and office-based team

Coordinate inventory control, purchasing, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient supply chain and delivery

Oversee online product listings, promotions, and website content to maximise user experience and sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with both commercial clients (salons, clinics, wholesalers) and private customers

Lead, train, and support team members in customer service, warehouse operations, and sales administration

Monitor sales performance, stock turnover, and operational KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements

Support marketing activities, including e-newsletters, social media coordination, and seasonal campaigns

Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Contribute to the development of business strategies and report to company directors

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management or operations, preferably in an e-commerce or warehouse-based environment

Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry highly regarded

Strong understanding of retail sales, stock management, and online customer service

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and inventory software

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Comfortable working in a hands-on role involving both office administration and operational tasks
