What are we looking for?

We're looking for part-time applicants available during our peak hours of 9:30am to 3:00pm, for a minimum of 20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days. These hours are ideal for parents, students and anyone looking for daytime or school-friendly shifts that leave your afternoons free. We're also open to full-time applicants.

The day-to-day!

Here’s what your day will look like:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care.

Provide tailored solutions to help customers overcome significant hardship and financial challenges.

Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate records and use company software to manage customer cases.

Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives.

What do you need?

We’re looking for someone who:

Has exceptional customer service skills and genuinely cares about helping others.

Experience within a call centre environment is highly regarded.

Is self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Can pick up new systems and software with ease.

Previous experience in hardship and debt recovery (highly desirable but not required)

While experience in hardship, collections or financial services is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’re all about potential and passion!
