Our 5 Doctor GP Practice in Kenmore, Western Suburbs Brisbane is looking for another receptionist to support our wonderful team due to staff relocating.

Experience in General Practice and working knowledge of Best Practice software is desirable.

Our new receptionist must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be looking for a long term role. Someone who would bring values of integrity, reliability, empathy and strong work ethic to our team is an ideal candidate.

We are open to part time or casual contracts with immediate start available.

Above award wages available to the right candidate.

Duties would include

Booking appts

Answering phones

Processing payments

Opening & closing procedures

Allocation of patient correspondence

Maintaining infection control in reception area and waiting room

Monitoring Email inboxes

Providing support to the PM and Doctors as needed

Working with the team to ensure compliance with RACGP standards for GP
