We are actively seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team in a highly regarded national firm. Providing administrative support to a Partner and their dedicated lawyer, you will become a valuable member of the Sydney team.

The role:

• Extensive diary management for the team
• Billing function support
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Taking instructions from clients on behalf of the team
• Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
• Preparing legal correspondence
• Organising social events and firm functions
• File management including opening and closing

About you:

• 4 years' experience as a legal or personal assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing tasks
• Strong initiative
• Good attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
