Kuranda Riverboat Tours requires an experienced and dynamic Skipper/Tour Guide for our rainforest river cruises. The Kuranda Riverboat has been operating since 1982 and is a Best of Queensland Experience.

The successful applicant must be someone who loves guiding and sharing their knowledge with our passengers of the rainforest's flora, fauna and history of Kuranda.

This is a casual role of 3 days per week, which requires the successful applicant to be available over a 7-day roster, including weekends.

Your resume needs to include a minimum of 2 contactable referees.

MUST HAVE:

* Coxswain Grade 1 NC licence

DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Meet & greet passengers

* Cash handling and receiving online bookings (training provided)

* Provide commentary during cruises (training provided)

* Guiding experience required

* Wet Tropics Tour Guide Certification highly regarded

* Current First Aid Certificate

* Friendly, fit and enthusiastic

* Cleaning riverboat daily
