Position Overview
As a Warehouse & Production Stores Person, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of goods through our factory wholesale warehouse. This dynamic role combines warehouse duties, local purchasing, and light production work – ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.

Perform local purchasing of standard items as required.

Order Fulfilment

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately.

Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Process small customer orders and manage counter sales.

Production

Carry out second-stage manufacturing, including assembly and packaging.

Conduct relief valve testing and certification.

Operate production equipment where needed.

Quality Assurance & Safety

Inspect incoming and finished goods for quality compliance.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety procedures and report hazards promptly.

Teamwork & Communication

Work collaboratively with logistics, quality, and production teams.

Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Completion of Year 12 with a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) and eligibility for university entrance (ATAR pathway) is a mandatory for this position. Please show this on your resume.

Previous warehouse or production experience is advantageous.

Forklift licence is a prerequisite.

Ability to safely lift and handle heavy items.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
