Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity

Smile Team Orthodontics is hiring. We're looking for a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. With new clinics in Sydney and long-standing practices in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands, it’s a great time to come on board.

This role is based in our Bowral location, with other locations nearby in Wollongong & Shellharbour.

If you’ve worked in hairdressing, beauty therapy or customer service, you might already have what we’re looking for. A caring touch. Strong attention to detail. Great communication skills. A solid work ethic. No dental experience needed. We’ll provide full training.

What You’ll Do

Support our orthodontists in caring for patients. You’ll greet patients, assist in treatment, manage appointments, process payments, keep records, sterilise instruments, and (with training) take x-rays.
