About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at Norwest Orthodontics, you will be at the heart of our patient care experience. From clinical support to sterilization and chairside assistance, you’ll play a vital role in helping deliver precise, high-standard orthodontic treatment in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Providing chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures

Setting up and sterilizing instruments and maintaining strict infection control protocols

Assisting with digital scanning and clinical photography

Preparing the clinical area and ensuring smooth patient flow

Contributing to a friendly, supportive team culture that puts patients first

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a dental assistant (orthodontic experience a bonus, but not essential)

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and efficiency

Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach with patients
