Dental Receptionist position available

The OSO Centre currently has the opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly front desk team. The position available is a permanent part-time position working a minimum of 35 hours per week over four days.

At the OSO Centre we perform oral surgery and orthodontics in a professional busy and fun environment.

Dental or Medical experience preferred but not essential

Computer experience with dental or medical software

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting patients

Answering phones

Scheduling Patients

Data Entry

Billing / Claiming Hicaps

Emailing / filing

Liaising with Surgical Hospital bookings

Variety of administrative tasks

We are seeking a receptionist that is friendly and professional. Previous dental or medical experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate. Can work in a fast-paced environment. The role will be integral to the smooth running of our Centre, therefore, the ability to work as part of a team and uphold the highest level of patient care and professionalism are essential for success in this role.
