About the Role

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. No prior dental experience? No problem – full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone

Scheduling and managing appointments

Handling payments and health fund claims

Supporting the dental team with daily administrative tasks

Maintaining a tidy and professional front office area

About You

Warm, approachable and professional demeanor

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A team player with a strong work ethic

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Chinese speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly advantageous due to our diverse patient base

Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus, but not required
