Your Role

As a Junior Clerical Assistant, you’ll play a key support role in assisting our strata managers with the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the strata or property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Strata Managers

• Assist with document preparation, filing, and correspondence

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and organisational ability

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous office or administration experience (essential)
