Be part of shaping Goodstart's national property portfolio
Are you an experienced leasing professional ready to take on a key national role?
As our Leasing Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end leasing process across our property portfolio, negotiating renewals, managing critical dates, and enhancing commercial outcomes. By leading all aspects of lease negotiation and management, you'll secure favourable commercial terms, reduce risk, and support strategic growth initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence capital investment decisions, landlord contributions, and rental outcomes, while ensuring legal compliance and strong stakeholder relationships. Your contribution will help ensure that every centre operates within optimal lease conditions—ultimately supporting our mission to deliver high-quality early learning environments.
What Goodstart can offer you:
- Flexible work arrangements giving you choice about when and how work will be done in order to better manage your work and non-work needs (as arrange with your manager)
