About the Role:
The Property Management Assistant is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. This role encompasses a variety of out-of-office tasks such as Entry Reports, Exit Reports and Routine Inspections, Administrative Tasks such as Emails, Enquiries, Phone Calls, Data Entry & Maintenance Support work. In addition to administrative duties, active engagement with tenants, listing properties, and creating persuasive property advertisements are essential components of this role. We're looking for an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also possesses exceptional customer service skills, as this role represents us in the field.
You will be receiving overall support from our office for all matters, and you will not be doing a FULL property management role, as you will be supporting in specific areas of property management to ensure seamless transitions for our landlords and tenants.

About You:
Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred, but not required.
Must be either studying for or hold a current Qld Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Personal presentation and professionalism are important.
Must have people skills and a genuine desire to achieve outstanding results.
Strong organizational skills
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
