AdProp Real Estate is looking for an individual who is proactive, reliable, well-organised, with big care factor and high attention to detail. Someone who is ready and willing to join our small team in a boutique agency that puts the needs of our clients first, willing to take the extra time required to complete tasks to the highest standard. We build long-term relationships with our clients, who trust that we know how to take care of their investment properties as if they were our own.

We are a family-run business that now requires a part-time/casual Property Manager/Inspection Manager for immediate start to assist us to maintain the same high standard service as we grow. Flexible working hours available by mutual negotiation working around family needs, of approximately 24 hours per week, spread across 4 days. Two days will normally be office-based, the other days are external from the office (as required), geographically located North or South depending on your home location.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

Previous property management experience

A team-based, can-do attitude with big care factor

Customer-centric focus with excellent communication skills

Reliable and well-organised time-management

High attention to detail & proactive approach

Pay rates will be generous for the right candidate and mutually negotiated based on experience, and a company car/phone will be provided to assist with use.
