An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our iconic Rottnest Island Bakery as a Qualified Baker working and living on Rottnest Island where it’s beautiful one day, spectacular the next.

Our bakery team work together to produce bread and pastries from scratch and our success depends on delivering the best customer experience we can. If you are energetic, outgoing, enjoy working in a team and most importantly have an “Of Course Attitude” then this is the role for you.

This is a permanent full-time salaried position offered with heavily subsidised accommodation to support the requirement to live on the Island. This role requires regular shift work including midnight start times.

Skills/experience:

• Qualified Baker
• A self-motivated and pro-active reliable team player with a good eye for detail and presentation
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including midnight starts times
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices
