About the role

We are looking for a Pastry Chef / Baker to work up to 32 hours from Monday to Friday (no early morning hours required). You will work alongside our team of chefs to create biscuits and cakes for both retail and wholesale customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and baking a variety of biscuits, cakes and other baked goods.

Decorating cakes

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure food safety and quality

Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative baked products

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a commercial bakery is preferred.

Strong communication and organisation skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Strong work ethic and positive ‘can do‘ attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills
