Quest Bunbury is a 53 room property located in Bunbury, opposite Koombana Beach and a 10 minute walk to Bunbury's CBD. The property opened in 1999 and has won multiple industry awards. Quest Bunbury provides accommodation to both corporate & leisure markets and with its Studio, One, Two & Three Bedroom Apartments is ideally suited to meet all room type requirements.
Quest Bunbury now has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join its team on a casual basis.
The Role
Involves all aspects of Front Office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
The Ideal Candidate
Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated ethos. Have confidence to action situations as per policy and procedure on an independent basis.
Previous front office reception experience in a hospitality, travel or tourism environment would be highly regarded, as would other types of customer facing roles eg. retail.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday, Weekends & Public Holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
