Ned’s By The Bay is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our fast-paced and fun food service team. Located on the beautiful Esplanade in Hervey Bay, we serve up classic Fish & Chips, mouth-watering burgers, and delicious dessert specials that locals and tourists love!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages

Taking customer orders with a smile and delivering great service

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality or takeaway experience preferred (but not essential)

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Great communication skills and a team-first mentality
