About this role

We are seeking Customer Service Expert to join our Team in a busy school uniform shop.

The role is approximately 10-12 hours per week during school terms, with extended hours required in peak periods which is term 4 and the Back-to-School Period - Mid January - Mid March.

This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety and requires a well organised, process driven person, who enjoys sales and helping customers with their selections in store. Onsite training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service.

Serve customers in the uniform shop, conduct uniform fittings and process sales through our POS system.

Be able to follow processes and procedures as per store guidelines.

Receive stock, replenish stock in the shop and process online orders.

Reconcile daily sales and record cash takings.

Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a clean and professional store presentation.

Skills and Experience:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Must be reliable

Excellent problem solver

Be of reasonable fitness to manage large amounts of incoming stock

Well organised and good attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years previous retail experience

Competent computer skills Microsoft Office, Excel and Word proficient.

A Police check and Working with Children check will be required before commencing but we will help obtain this with the successful applicant.

Current driver's license and vehicle required.
