Barista Skills:

Minimum 2 years experience as a barista in Australia in a fast-paced cafe (Being Campos Coffee trained is a plus)

Must be able to produce quality shots and maintain coffee equipment and grinder

Able to texture milk perfectly and produce latte art

Impeccable hygiene and high standards of coffee machine cleanliness

Key Responsibilities:

Barista and allrounder duties

Opening and closing procedures

Cash register reconciliation

Stock control
