Freshwater State School P&C Association is a not-for-profit organisation committed to enriching our school community through services like OSHC, the Tuckshop, and the Uniform Shop. We’re a team of dedicated staff and volunteers working to make school life easier, more affordable, and more connected for local families.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a self-motivated Uniform Shop Coordinator who can manage day-to-day shop operations, support families with uniform needs, and maintain our stock systems with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Uniform Shop during set trading hours and process online orders.

Provide friendly, helpful service to students and families.

Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and place supplier orders.

Maintain accurate financial records and work within budget expectations.

Coordinate volunteer assistance and help keep the shop organised and welcoming.

Collaborate with the P&C and school to respond to seasonal demand and uniform feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management (preferred).

Strong organisation, communication, and computer skills.

A warm, approachable attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or point-of-sale software is desirable.

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
