We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer with strong MYOB experience to manage a variety of administrative and office tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working within a small, collaborative team, and has a strong understanding of business administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office duties including answering phones and responding to emails
- Process invoices, quotes, and purchase orders using MYOB
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and customer records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Handle payroll
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Assist the operations and management team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a trades or service-based business
- Proficiency with MYOB is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A team player with a positive attitude
