About us

We are looking for a receptionist to join our busy but exciting office and expand your knowledge of the transport industry. Ideally you will be outgoing, responsible and a team player who is willing to learn new skills and systems.

Qualifications & experience

  • Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Office program
  • Ability to work autonomously & in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of aXcelerate booking system (Desired but not necessary)
  • Knowledge of Google Calendars (Desired but not necessary)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Phone/Email enquiries
  • Paperwork processing
  • EFTPOS Payments
  • Invoicing/taking payments
  • Department of Transport applications
  • Maintain ASQA Compliance on all paperwork
  • Scheduling student bookings
